OiTutor provides online language tutoring, public learning resources, and a private student dashboard at oitutor.com.

2. Direct contact

The contact fields on the homepage prepare a message in the service you choose, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal. The website does not submit or store those fields. The selected service processes the message under its own privacy terms.

3. Student dashboard

Authenticated students use a Supabase-backed dashboard. Supabase processes login details, session information, and student-owned records needed to provide lessons, homework, revision, dictionary entries, progress, and lesson balance. Dashboard records are available only after authentication and are subject to database access controls.

4. Browser storage and external content

Public exercises may save progress or display preferences in your browser. The site also loads services such as Google Fonts, Vimeo, and content-delivery networks. Those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the page requested.

5. Storage and security

OiTutor uses reasonable technical and organizational measures, including authentication and database access policies, to protect private dashboard records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention and your rights

Information is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain required records, or meet legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information associated with you.
